About High Blood Pressure

Do you have high blood pressure? About 1 in every 3 American adults does, but the signs and symptoms aren’t always easy to recognize until serious problems arise. That’s why screening is so important. Also called “hypertension,” high blood pressure is a medical condition that can put you at risk for heart disease, stroke, and other serious illnesses.

But there is good news. We can help you reduce your risk of high blood pressure. If you already have hypertension, we can help you lower your blood pressure. You’ll find more information on this site about what causes high blood pressure, how to prevent it, how to correct it, and where to go for help.

Eligibility Requirements

Anyone may contact us for information about high blood pressure and for screening. However, once someone is diagnosed with high blood pressure, we will be more than happy to refer you to one of our partner clinics. Due to severe state and federal funding cuts in the fall of 2011, we were forced to close our clinics after 35 long years.
