As of November 30, 2011, we will no longer be able to accept new patients. We will still be offering FREE Blood Pressure Checks Tuesdays 10AM – 12 PM and Fridays 9 AM – 1 PM.  **Please call before you stop by as this location is staffed by Volunteers only**
We will evaluate the results and make referrals to those individuals who have high blood pressure.
